FAQ

How do these products actually help an older dog?

Nose-work, gentle problem-solving, and a little steady pressure or licking are all naturally calming and engaging — even when long walks aren't as easy as they used to be. A few minutes with any one of them gives your dog something to focus on, right at their own pace. Each product page explains exactly how that specific item works.

How long does shipping take?

7-15 business days depending on your location, shipped directly from our supplier with tracking the whole way so you can follow it from start to finish. UK shipping is coming soon — we're finishing a few things on our end first.

Do you ship to the US and Australia?

Yes — we currently ship to the EU, US, and Australia, all within that same 7-15 business day estimate above.

Is everything suitable for all dog sizes and breeds?

Yes — our pieces are designed to work for dogs of every size, from small breeds to large. A few (like the Calming Wrap) come in multiple sizes (S–XL) — if your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable, adjustable fit.

How do I clean each product?

It depends on the piece: the Snuffle Mat, Snuffle Cube, and Calming Wrap are made from soft, washable fabric and are machine washable; the Lick Mat and Chew Ring are rinse-clean (the Lick Mat is dishwasher safe); the Puzzle Feeder wipes down easily. Full care details are on each product page.

What's your return/refund policy?

30 days, money-back, and you don't need to send anything back to us. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Will my dog understand how to use it right away?

Most dogs get the idea within the first try. For the Snuffle Mat, Snuffle Cube, and Puzzle Feeder, tucking a few treats or a bit of kibble in the first time helps them catch on fast. For the Lick Mat, spreading a little wet food or peanut butter into the ridges does the same job. The Chew Ring and Calming Wrap are simpler still — just offer or fit it, and let your dog take it from there.

What if my dog loses interest?

Totally normal — for the nose-work and puzzle pieces, try hiding treats in different spots each time, or let your dog watch you fill it up so it stays a little unpredictable. Rotating between two different pieces (say, a snuffle item one day and the puzzle feeder the next) also tends to keep things fresh.
