About Sniffy
Desk Duo is two Sniffys: keep one, give one, or gift the pair. Each is a tiny desk helper with glowing eyes who keeps a desk tidy. Hold him over crumbs, eraser dust or keyboard fluff and he gets to work. He isn’t a replacement for your vacuum.

Returns: 30 days from delivery. If your Sniffys arrive damaged, defective or not as ordered, send us photos or a short video and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. If you change your mind, return them unused in the original packaging and you pay the return shipping. See our Returns and Refunds policy for details.

No wall charger is included: charge from any USB port or phone charger.
How to use, charge and clean
- Charge: plug the included USB cable into any USB port or phone charger, then connect it to Sniffy.
- Use: press the power button and hold Sniffy over crumbs, eraser dust or keyboard fluff.
- Empty: switch Sniffy off and empty the dust cup when you’re done.
- Clean: clear fluff and dust from the brush ring on the underside.
- Keep it dry: don’t vacuum liquids, and keep Sniffy away from water.

Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or refund. Email us your order number.
Damaged, defective or not as ordered: send photos or a short video (include the shipping label). We send a free replacement or a full refund, once per order. We may ask you to send the item back or dispose of it; if we ask for a return, we pay the shipping.
Changed your mind: the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay return shipping to an address we send on request, and we refund the item price after we receive it.
Parcels returned without our written approval, or refused on delivery, cannot be refunded.
Not arrived 20 days after you ordered? Contact us and we will investigate and replace or refund.
We reply within 24 hours on business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
