About Sniffy

Meet Sniffy, a tiny desk helper with glowing eyes who keeps your desk tidy. Hold him over crumbs, eraser dust or keyboard fluff and he gets to work. He isn’t a replacement for your vacuum. He’s the little helper for the spots a big one can’t reach, and he looks good next to your monitor.

No wall charger is included: charge from any USB port or phone charger.

How to use, charge and clean
  1. Charge: plug the included USB cable into any USB port or phone charger, then connect it to Sniffy.
  2. Use: press the power button and hold Sniffy over crumbs, eraser dust or keyboard fluff.
  3. Empty: switch Sniffy off and empty the dust cup when you’re done.
  4. Clean: clear fluff and dust from the brush ring on the underside.
  5. Keep it dry: don’t vacuum liquids, and keep Sniffy away from water.

Ships from our overseas warehouse. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and usually arrive in 8-15 days with tracking. Free shipping to the contiguous US.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or refund. Email us your order number.

Damaged, defective or not as ordered: send photos or a short video (include the shipping label). We send a free replacement or a full refund, once per order. We may ask you to send the item back or dispose of it; if we ask for a return, we pay the shipping.

Changed your mind: the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay return shipping to an address we send on request, and we refund the item price after we receive it.

Parcels returned without our written approval, or refused on delivery, cannot be refunded.

Not arrived 20 days after you ordered? Contact us and we will investigate and replace or refund.

We reply within 24 hours on business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

How do I charge Sniffy?

Plug the included USB cable into any standard USB port, such as a computer or a phone charger with a USB port, then connect it to Sniffy. A wall charger isn’t included. You’ll find the full steps under “How to use, charge and clean” on the product page.

What’s in the box?

Sniffy comes with a USB charging cable and a small nozzle attachment. Desk Duo is two Sniffys, with USB charging cables and nozzle attachments. A wall charger isn’t included.

Does Sniffy replace my vacuum?

No. Sniffy is a small desk helper for crumbs, eraser dust and keyboard fluff. For floors, carpets and big jobs, you’ll still want a real vacuum.

How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. That usually happens 2-5 business days after you order (processing takes 1-3 business days). Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch. If the email hasn’t reached you, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.

We ship to customers in the contiguous US from an overseas warehouse. That is why delivery usually takes 8-15 days, and why we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
