These terms apply to your use of homehound.shop and your purchases from Home and Hound, Calle Alcalde Manuel Catalan Chana 24, 03503 Benidorm, Alicante, Spain (aeycommerce22@gmail.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices for customers in the United States are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or a stock problem, and will refund you in full if we do.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy are part of these terms.

Using the product

Sniffy the Desk Hound is a small rechargeable desk vacuum for crumbs, dust and similar light debris. It is not a toy. Keep it away from small children and pets, do not use it on liquids, and charge it only with the supplied or a suitable USB cable. Stop using it and contact us if it overheats, swells or is damaged.

Warranty and liability

We want you to be happy with your order. If a product is defective, see our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any legal rights you have as a consumer. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.

Changes
