Track your order

Here is how shipping works, so you always know what to expect.

1. Order placed. You get an order confirmation email right away.
2. Packed and shipped. Your order leaves our overseas warehouse within 1-3 business days. We email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
3. On its way. Most orders arrive in 8-15 days. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first update after shipping.

Where to see your tracking: open the shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link, or use the order status link in your order confirmation email.

Not arrived 20 days after you ordered? Contact us with your order number and we will look into it and send a replacement or a refund.
