Shipping policy

Shipping to the United States

Free shipping on every order to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, D.C.).

Processing: orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days.

Where we ship from: our products ship from an overseas warehouse, which is why delivery takes longer than from a US store.

Delivery: orders typically arrive in 8 to 15 days after you order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and holidays, customs or carrier delays can add time.

Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch.

Not arrived: if your order has not arrived 20 days after you placed it, email us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Where we cannot ship: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and other countries. Delivery to P.O. boxes and military addresses may not be possible, so please use a street address.

Extra fees: we do not add shipping fees at checkout.
