Returns and Refunds

30-day returns. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return or refund. Email us at aeycommerce22@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Damaged, defective or not as ordered

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the problem and the shipping label on the package. If we confirm the problem, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. This remedy applies once per order. We may ask you to send the item back or to dispose of it. If we ask you to send it back, we pay the return shipping.

Changed your mind

Email us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will reply with a return address and instructions, so please do not send anything back before you hear from us. You pay the return shipping. Once we receive the item in good condition, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method. Shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.

Packages we cannot refund

Packages returned without our written approval, refused at delivery, or sent to an address we did not give you cannot be refunded. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot refund an order that was delivered to the address you entered.

Orders that do not arrive

Our products ship from an overseas warehouse and usually arrive in 8 to 15 days. You will receive a tracking link by email after your order ships. If your order has not arrived 20 days after you placed it, email us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and then send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Refund timing

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need extra time to show it.
